When you call us, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email address, the service you're requesting, and any details you share about your garage door issue. We also collect standard technical data (browser type, pages visited) through basic analytics.
We share your contact information and service request details with the independent contractor(s) we connect you with — that's the core of what our service does. We do not sell your personal information to third-party marketers, and we do not share your information beyond what's needed to fulfill your service request.
By calling us, you consent to being contacted by Garage Door Lawton and by the service providers we refer, by phone, text or email, regarding your request. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and retain it only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by calling (580) 207-6655.
